The Baltimore Love Project is a citywide public art project initiated by Baltimore Muralist Michael Owen. The project expresses love by connecting people and communities across Baltimore City through love themed murals. The goal is to cover the city with 20 positive pieces of public art; 3 murals have already been completed at the Mt. Washington Arboretum, the Gwynns Falls Trail at Carroll Park, and along Eastern Avenue in the bank parking lot in the heart of Highlandtown.
